Roteiro da Sustentabilidade: Intelligence and Innovation in the Urban Environment

The second moment of the Roteiro da Sustentabilidade, entitled "Intelligence and Innovation in the Urban Environment" and co-organized by Cluster Sustainable Habitat and Ubiwhere, will take place on 28 April 2022 at 14:00, at Edifício Atlas (floor 2), Aveiro - Portugal. 

The event will be composed by presentations of "innovative initiatives for the green transition in the cities", by three City Councils (Aveiro, Ílhavo and Santarém) and by the association Abimota, and will have interventions by LNEG - Laboratório Nacional de Energia e Geologia (National Laboratory for Energy and Geology) about the "Bairros Energia Positiva: o modelo integrado para a transição energética urbana" (Positive Energy Neighbourhoods: the integrated model for the urban energy transition), and also by Ubiwhere, about "O Sistema Nervoso da Cidade: um conceito para cidades inteligentes e sustentáveis" (The City's Nervous System: a concept for smart and sustainable cities). 

The day will end with a pitch session, in which the entities Neoturf - Construction and Maintenance of Green Spaces, T&T - Multieléctrica, Signinum - Management of Cultural Heritage, CONCEXEC - Architecture, Cleanwatts Digital, WADA Solutions, Greenlab, and Areadobras® Engenharia Sustentável, associates of the Sustainable Habitat Cluster, will disclose their most recent projects and solutions aimed at sustainable cities and communities.

In addition, a demonstration of a smart parking solution in Aveiro, developed by Ubiwhere, is planned, as an example of innovation and technology applied to cities.
